RUNNING A 5K, 10K, HALF MARATHON, MARATHON, OR ULTRA-DISTANCE?
Your Run Coach will tailor your plan to your individuals training needs. Some may just need a running zone check to understand where they're current running fitness level is and need that bit of knowledge to make adjustments to their training intensities.
Sometimes we're running to fast to improve our base and to slow to improve our anaerobic threshold. No worries, if you do not know what that means your run coach will help you understand during your consult after you have completed your assessment.
For those looking for guidance on what to do ( how fast , how long, rest days, etc. ) we do offer custom training plans which are designed specifically for that individual. The running plan will be based on the training needs as determined by the running zone check or field test as well as the individual's goal(s), desired event(s) / race(s), availability to train, training history, etc.
